Here's what's happening for the rest of the month at the library!
- Lapsit story hours for ages 0 to 3 are every Wednesday at 10am at the Main Library.
- Adult (high school and up) and Junior High (5th through 8th grades) summer reading is underway. Visit here for more information.
- Children's summer reading begins on June 15th! You may sign up that day or any day afterwards. Sign up will be available at either library or the opening program.
- Glow in the Dark Show: Join us at Skateland in Channahon for our annual summer reading opening program! This will be on June 15 from 1pm to 3pm. We will have a show then a free skate until 3pm, skate rental is an additional fee.
- Mission: Space Camp: This is a day camp designed for children in 3rd through 5th grades. There will be two sessions this year, morning and afternoon. You can request a certain time but that is not guaranteed. Registration is required, space is limited and it will fill up fast, we suggest you sign up on June 15 to make sure you get in. Mission Space Camp will meet on June 19, June 26, July 10, and July 17. See here for more information.
- Mission to Read: Dave Rudolf will be entertaining with songs and stories at the Minooka Branch at 1pm on Friday, June 29.
